Certified Personal Trainers
We offer personalized training options tailored to your goals, whether you prefer one-on-one attention or the energy of a small group (up to 5). Our coaching team— Coach Migs, Trainer Megan and Ri'—brings a wide range of expertise to help you build strength, improve fitness, and stay consistent. Group Circuit Training
Prefer working out with others? Trainer Megan leads small group circuit sessions designed to keep you motivated and challenged while still receiving personal attention in a supportive, team-like atmosphere. For larger groups, Coach Migs offers high-energy circuit workouts perfect for building teamwork, boosting morale, and bringing athletes or friends together through a little friendly competition.
Teners with Ri'
Teners with Ri is a volleyball-focused class designed specifically for kids ages 8–11. This engaging program helps young athletes strengthen their understanding of the game through age-appropriate drills, skill development, and fun court time. Led by Coach Ri in a supportive, energetic environment, players will build coordination, confidence, and a deeper love for volleyball. This class is ideal for kids who already have some playing experience and are ready to continue improving their skills through guided instruction and team-style play.
Fam Fit
Fam Fit is a small group workout designed for parents and guardians to stay active alongside their pre-teen or older child. This is a shared fitness experience—not a drop-off class—where you’ll move together, support one another, and build healthy habits as a team. Led by Trainer Megan, each session combines physical activity, positive bonding, and confidence-building in a fun, encouraging environment. Strengthen your body and your connection—all while setting a powerful example of lifelong wellness.
